17:30 – 18:00 Indoor cycling (Ben) spinning but turned up, you cant get a harder cardio session. whilst being pushed to show your full potential you will be having fun and smiling all the way to the finish.

18:00 – 18:30 Metcon (Ben) (Metabolic Conditioning) an intensive cardiovascular workout designed to build muscle and to keep your heart rate up in order to burn a maximal amount of calories.

18:30 – 19:15 Yoga (Sophie) *BRING YOUR OWN MATT* the type of yoga is Vinyasa flow.

18:30 – 19:15 weights class (Ben) an UPPER BODY gym workout using the huge variation of equipment challenging both your strength and your muscular ability in a gym training environment. 


17:30 – 18:00 Tabata (Hannah) interval Training on steroids with each set just 20 seconds long, all done to some music made to make you work.

18:00 – 18:40 Spinning (Ben) spinning but turned up, you cant get a harder cardio session. whilst being pushed to show your full potential you will be having fun and smiling all the way to the finish.


06:30 – 07:00 Cyclecross (Hannah) 

17:30 – 18:00 Legs, Bums & Tums (Emily) Focused on working that bootayyyy as well as working our abs and legs of course.

18:00 – 18:45 Circuit Training (Ben) get back into using the gym equipment inside with this fitness class built and designed for all abilities, each exercise is to a time no a rep range.

18:45- 19:15 Kettlebells (Ben)  A workout using a single Kettlebell to sculpt and tone your entire body.

19:15 – 20:00 yoga (Sophie)  


18:00 – 19:00 Ladies only weights class (Emily)

18:15 – 19:00 BOXERCISE (Hannah) Pad work and boxing style fitness designed to work the arms, shoulders and a massive stress relief too.

19:00 – 19:40 DanceFit (Emily)  Dances professionally choreographed each week personally by Emily to the best upbeat and exciting music designed to burn fat and move as much as possible. 

19:45 – 20:45 Ladies Only weights class (Emily) perfect for those women who would like time in the weights room but feel too uncomfortable in a commercial gym environment. 


06:30 – 07:00 Spin (Hannah) 

17:30 – 18:00 Weights + PUMP (Emily)  A great Friday evening class to get you a full BODYPUMP on ready for the weekend to start.

18:00 – 18:30 Bands and sliders (Emily)  using resistance bands and sliding pads to train the whole body and tone up those niggly hard to get bits.

18:30 – 19:30 weights class (Ben)  a LOWER BODY workout focusing on using the free weights to build strong leg muscles and glutes.


08:00- 08:30 Spinning  (Ben) get your legs warmed up for the day with a blast on a 30minute spin class but it wont be easy. this is all up hill from the start.

08:45 – 09:30 Circuit training (Ben) get your whole body working and sweating more than ever the class is planned around burning the most calories possible in 1 session.

09:30- 10:00 Metafit (Cherry) a 30 minute interval workout using a range of motion and intensity styles to get you moving.

10:00 – 10:45 balletfit (cherry)
